Ivan Kurovsky was born on June, 28, 1951 in the village of Scarzhyntsi Khmelnicky district on Vinnica area. In 1973 graduated from Kiev engineering construction institute. After the graduation, began labour activity as master on Construction Department-2 of «Khimmetalurgstroy» factory in town Kalush the Ivano-Francovsk area. There young specialist Ivan Kurovskiy took part in building of production facility «Khlorvinil», and after he held the position of chief executive worker.
Long time Ivan Kurovsky worked as chief executive worker on the «Kievpromstroy» factory , chief of construction department, in the state building organization. On the position of chief engineer, Ivan Kurovsky supervised the building of the production facilities for such enterprises as factory of powder-like metallurgy (the city of Brovary), factory of aluminium-build constructions, factory of the Iron Concrete Constructions , factory of plastic, brovarsky house-building factory, also industrial group of factories «Prometey» (the city of Borispol) and «Tochmash» (the city of Pereyaslav-Khmel'nickiy).
In 1996 Ivan Kurovsky founded the building company «Zhytlobud», which is one of most successful on the building market. For the period of twelve years «Zhytlobud» built unique buildings which meet all the requirements of the XXI century. This is combination of quality, comfort and beauty. «Zhytlobud» is famous for it is own style in developing of projects among other companies.
A company never uses standard engineering’s and architectural projects and tries to attain individuality at this process. Therefore every house built by the company is the special in a technical plan and in architectural style. At the moment the honoured president of company «Zhytlobud» Ivan Kurovsky is the deputy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine with Julia Timoshenko Bloc, where defends interests of a build market.

Ivan Kurovskiy is the Deserved builder of Ukraine; recipient of an award «For the merits» of the III degree; a laureate of the State award in architecture; by an order of Kievan city mayor was recipiented of an award a breastplate «Sign of honour».
