This is the second project of Zhytlobud company in Turgenivska Street located in the central part of the city. The street appeared in the second half of the Õ²Õ century as Ivanivska and received its current name in 1903. In some places of Turgenivska street there are buildings of late Õ²Õ — early ÕÕ centuries that's why it always used to attract the admirers of the traditional architecture of Kyiv.
The building will perfectly match the quiet and picturesque zone of Kyiv and will bring comfort and quietness to its inhabitants.
