The building is located in the heart of the quarter on the territory of two old country estates. In addition to the comfortable and modern apartments the building has an underground parking and office premises on the ground floor.
The street emerged in the 1st half of the 19th century on the territory known as Soldiers’ Outskirts and had the name of Ivanivska Street. Precious historical buildings were constructed during late XIX — early ÕÕ centuries. In 1960–80s the street underwent considerable reconstruction.
