The residential complex is naturally included into the existing historical site of the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century and became a decoration of the area. This is a conventionalized modern view on the history.
The house is very well located for the inhabitants. On the ground floor there are shops and a gym, not far from here there are banks, polyclinics, schools, supermarkets, markets and also Victory Square, circus and “Ukraine” department store.
The street was created in the 19th century on the territory of so called Soldiers’ Outskirts where mostly retired military men used to live. Nowadays this street is located in one of the central districts of the city.
