The construction is planned to be conducted in Mykoly Bazhana Avenue in Darnytsky district of Kyiv. The functional use of the building is the car service and tuning station. The building has the cascade structure: 24, 16 and 3 floors with two-level underground parking. The main drive to the complex is supposed to be made at the side of Mykoly Bazhana Avenue.

The division of the building into variable level parts is caused by its functional use and technological cycle. In the low part of the building there are premises of the customer center as well as repair shops. In the 24-storeys part there are offices for the organizations dealing with the tuning. On the top there will be the penthouses with the individual elevators. The first five floors of the 24-storeys part have atrium.
